• Web or Outlook^® access to email, calendars, contacts, folders and more: GroupWare features such as calendars and contacts can be reached through Concentric’s secure control panel. GroupWare supports Microsoft Outlook^® with iCal, IMAP and POP and offers a connector for real-time Outlook synchronization. • Multiple personal and shared calendars: GroupWare's calendar application makes it easy to juggle several calendars. Use just one calendar or set up separate versions for work, project teams or personal schedules. If your time is in high demand, calendar-sharing features allow you to publish details of "free/busy" time so others can check your availability.
   
  

• Personal Contacts or Shared Address Book: GroupWare's contacts application includes a global address book feature which allows you to use your account contacts like a CRM application. All users receive a personal contacts tool that keeps private individual contact lists for each user. Administer global address book contacts through the web interface and give individuals LDAP read-only access to facilitate contact management and use.
  
• Notes, Tasks, and Lists: More than just a note pad or task list, notes and tasks applications allow you to organize information into lists or directories for better management efficiencies. You can even assign tasks to other people in your organization.
  
  
• "GroupWare" view: Users can set their account to default to GroupWare's agenda tab and get everything they need in one location including events, tasks due today, and recent email. The GroupWare tab also tells you who else in your account is currently "logged-in."
  
  
• Meeting Invite/Appointment Maker: Use the meeting invite/appointment maker to schedule meetings or appointments. Verify free/busy time of others in your domain before sending the meeting invitation.
   
  
• User Customization Features: No two users have the same requirements. That’s why Concentric provides administrators and users the ability to quickly and simply customize access rights, personal profiles and individual feature settings. Something as simple as personalizing the menu tabs that are presented to you upon log in can speed your productivity.
• Hosted Solution: All services can be accessed with a web browser which is ideal for “road warriors” and multi-location businesses. No VPN is required to access this service. You only need an Internet connection. If you have an IT group, that means no more mail server maintenance windows, mail delays, server updates or hardware problems.
